Trust-listing in WebTitan

In order to ensure your users can get to the endpoints of your phishing simulations - thereby allowing the viewing of both Feedback Messages and Phishing Forms -  you will need set our domains as allowed endpoints within WebTitan.


Steps:


  1. Navigate to Settings.

  2. Select the White / Black Lists.

  3. On this screen you will see the Whitelisted domains.

  4. Click Add - a pop up will appear.

  5. Please enter the following Domains one by one, clicking Save each time.
