To trust-list our phishing and training-related emails when using Symantec.cloud, you should add our IP addresses to a global Approved Senders list. This will allow our phishing and training-related emails through.

 

1. Global Approved Sender 

To add a global Approved Sender: 

  1. Select Services > Email Services > Anti-Spam.
  2. Ensure that Global Settings is selected in the domains drop-down list.
  3. Click the Approved Senders tab.
  4. Click the Add Entry option.
  5. The Domain/Email/IP and Description fields become editable.
  6. In the Domain/Email/IP field enter the IP address of our mail servers.
    • 192.254.120.51 
    • 168.245.104.162 
  7. In the Description field, enter brief details about the new entry.
  8. To add the entry to the list, click Update.

 

2. Symantec Email Impersonation Control

To add an IP address on Email Impersonation Control Settings: 

  1. Select Services > Email Services > Email Impersonation Control Settings\ 
  2. Ensure that Global Settings is selected in the domains drop-down list. 
  3. Go to the Approved Senders. 
  4. In the Sender IP Addresses field enter the IP address of our mail servers and click on the Add new icon

    • 168.245.104.162 
  5. Scroll down and click on the SAVE button.
