Ensure your policy document is up to date and available in Training Manger – Training Messages
Goto Training Manger – Training Campaigns and click create a new training campaign.
You will be faced with the choice below:
As you would like training with a policy acknowledgement please select Course Training.
When you’ve selected the course you want, click continue.
The Create Training Campaign screen is where you will select the policy you want before or after the training (In this case I have it after) and you will select Require Acknowledgement here.
When you have selected your dates, training assignments and targeted groups you can click save campaign and your campaign will appear in the Training campaign screen.
Upon completing the training and reading the policy you will be asked to submit your email address as an acknowledgement of content completion.
