Using the Help Function.
You can access your help facility via the "Help" icon on the top right-hand corner of your CRA dashboard.
Once you have selected the Help icon you will be presented with the following help menu.
Help Menu
This will launch the Help & Support menu on the left side of your browser window.
Each of the sub Menus will present a list of document you can follow, from whitelisting to setting up campaign.

Will launch the CyberRiskAware's Help desk knowledge base
Eula
This will open a pop box containing the End User License Agreement(Eula)
